CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be in written form and received seven days prior to the workshop. A processing fee of $50 Cdn. will apply.

As there is always an element of risk in any adventure associated with the outdoors, participants must read this carefully. This liability release below will certify that the participant is physically fit and capable of participating in outdoor photography exercises in field locations, and is fully and completely aware of any associated risks created by field locations and weather.

By participating in this workshop or field trip, I acknowledge that I have read the above information concerning responsibility and release Tim O'Lett Photography, Tim O'Lett, his heirs and estate, instructors and any co-operating agent from
any liability.
Tim O'Lett Photography, and Tim O'Lett will assume no liability for injury, illness, or loss of personal property or expenses thereof associated with workshop participation. I also acknowledge that Tim O'Lett has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime and that workshop policies are subject to change at any time.

You will have two weeks after the workshop (Oct. 4/08) to submit your three best post-processed pictures for adjudication. The submissions may be in colour, or black and white.
Emphasis will be placed on line, form, pattern, texture and the use of light. Photo submissions must be transmitted as high-quality jpegs by the Oct. 4 deadline.
The work of three photographers will be selected to go on permanent display at this location, with this firm bearing the printing costs. Files of the selected works must be submitted as tiff files (Adobe 1998 colour profile) on a disc to insure the best possible printing quality.
The three winning photographers will each receive a $200 gift certificate, which may be applied to either a future workshop or tutorial with the South Mountain Studio.
